Go to email sender setup on the menu as follows
The following screen will appear
To create a new email sender account.
Click on the new button, top right.
Under email address enter the email address that you want return emails to be sent to.
Enter the username and password exactly as you would use to logon to your email.
Enter all other details as shown above.
Click on green tick to save.
